In Roanoke, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Virginia, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.

It’s a bad place. They charge $10 for a vacuum that runs for only three minutes and doesn't even work efficiently—it’s a terrible company. I usually wash my car elsewhere, but I happened to be nearby and decided to give this place a try; it was a very bad experience.

Worse car wash EVER! I went 3 vacuums none of the worked. I don’t even try the car wash. And the gotta nerve to make you use credit cards to use this stuff. None of it even looks like it works right! Never again

The machine took my money (charged me $4.00), but the equipment didn't work. There were no on-site employees or means to correct the situation, so I was charged but unable to wash my vehicle.

Followed instructions to pay by debit. Did not receive wash after payment. I emailed contact on file, it's been a couple weeks, but no answer.

I went to use the vacuum it charged my card 10 dollars and the vacuum never even came on. No contact information to get a refund ! The vacuum was supposed to be 2.00 but it charged my card 10 ! Never come there ! Nothing ever works . I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau ! This is ridiculous how many people lost money to these machines that doesn’t work and charge a different price than what’s advertised!
